Product & Trade Terms All products imported and traded by US PRIMEPORT LLC are subject to the following general conditions: Products are sold as fully frozen beef primals shipped in 40-foot refrigerated containers from Walvis Bay, Namibia, arriving at Port Everglades or Port of Miami. All shipments are subject to USDA FSIS inspection and U.S. Customs clearance upon arrival. Product specifications, cut compositions, and quantities are defined in individual purchase agreements or order confirmations. Minimum order quantities apply. US PRIMEPORT LLC operates on a pre-sale model — containers are committed prior to departure from Namibia. Pricing is quoted in U.S. dollars (USD) and is subject to change based on market conditions, freight costs, and applicable tariffs at the time of order confirmation. 4. Orders & Contracts No purchase obligation arises from browsing this website or submitting an inquiry. A binding commercial agreement is established only upon written order confirmation issued by US PRIMEPORT LLC.
